Rasa Polymer Pouya Sanat Company, under the brand name Chemfix, was established in 2022 with approval from the Ministry of Industries and Mines in Qom province. It started its operations with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and produces over 40 types of chemical materials. The company is considered a leader in the building chemicals industry in the country.<\/p>

Rasa Polymer, under the supervision of the Iranian Polymer and Petrochemical Institute, operates in the field of chemical products and innovative construction materials. Using the latest global knowledge, specialized experts, international connections, and equipped laboratories, it has been able to offer its products in the market with superior quality and competitive prices. The company addresses various construction needs, taking into account the unique characteristics of each project. Rasa Polymer is a company with a focus on discovery, production, and improving product efficiency. The responsibility for this process lies with the company’s R&D unit. In our Research and Development (R&D) department, we continuously conduct research on existing products. Investigating different combinations to improve the performance and efficiency of the products is an ongoing process in this department.<\/p>

In this context, by acquiring knowledge and transferring it from pioneering companies in the field such as Wacker Germany, Henkel Germany, Pentron USA, and other leaders in the industry, the company has prioritized local raw materials and initiated the production of innovative products. These products include various powder and paste tile adhesives, grout powder in various colors, concrete additives, cement-based waterproofing materials, construction primers, different types of grouts, superplasticizers with various applications and resistances, nano-water repellent materials, and over dozens of other new and practical products, making it one of the most up-to-date producers in the field of construction materials.<\/p>

Construction of Chemfix Factory<\/h5>
Due to the high demand from customers for Chemfix products and the variety of products produced, the company\u2019s management decided to expand the facility. They obtained the necessary permits, constructed the administrative and production buildings, and during this time, conducted a comprehensive review for the purchase of machinery. Subsequently, after signing contracts, finalizing all the blueprints, and securing the machinery, despite the country's sanctions and the delays in the delivery of equipment, the fully automated factory officially began operations in May 2025, inaugurated by the governor of Qom and a group of officials from the Ministry of Industries.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n<\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
