It started its operations with an annual production capacity of 15,000 tons and produces over 40 types of chemical materials. These products include various powder and paste tile adhesives, grout powder in various colors, concrete additives, cement-based waterproofing materials, construction primers, different types of grouts, superplasticizers with various applications and resistances, nano-water repellent materials, and over dozens of other new and practical products, making it one of the most up-to-date producers in the field of construction materials.

Construction of Chemfix Factory

Due to the high demand from customers for Chemfix products and the variety of products produced, the company’s management decided to expand the facility. They obtained the necessary permits, constructed the administrative and production buildings, and during this time, conducted a comprehensive review for the purchase of machinery. Subsequently, after signing contracts, finalizing all the blueprints, and securing the machinery, despite the country's sanctions and the delays in the delivery of equipment, the fully automated factory officially began operations in May 2025, inaugurated by the governor of Qom and a group of officials from the Ministry of Industries.
