Storage: Before installation, both the resin and hardener must be stored at room temperature (25°C) for 24 hours.
Surface Cleaning: All surfaces should be free from grease, dust, hardening agents, and other contaminants. The surface should be clean and dry before applying the epoxy adhesive.
Surface Preparation: The surface of the product to be bonded should be prepared and cleaned, ensuring a firm, clean, and solid substrate to which the adhesive can firmly bond.
Sanding: Start by sanding the surface using an abrasive roller or diamond blade to make it even. Remove any resulting dust with a brush. Then, use a damp sponge to clean any remaining dust from the surface, ensuring thorough cleaning for a strong bond.
Mixing: Mix equal parts of Part A (resin) and Part B (hardener) thoroughly by weight. Use a separate spatula for each part and mix them until uniform. Once mixed, the working time is between 15 to 20 minutes.
Application: After mixing, apply enough adhesive in cone-shaped lumps at equal distances on the surface.
Placement of Stone: Place the stone on the pre-prepared substrate and adjust it for alignment.
Curing: The initial gel time is between 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the environmental temperature, and it will fully harden after 12 hours.
If the stone is lightweight or small, the adhesive will hold it in place until it hardens.
If the stone is heavy, you must physically support the stone during installation until it reaches full strength.
Continuous Work: Continue the installation of subsequent stone rows without delays to ensure proper bonding.
Vertical stonework: For areas between 3 to 5 square meters, use approximately 4 kg of stone adhesive. This amount may vary depending on the weight and size of the stones and the smoothness of the substrate.
Horizontal stonework (flooring): For each 1 square meter of flooring, 1 kg of adhesive is needed.
The stone adhesive contains fire-resistant minerals and can withstand a temperature range of +90°C to -30°C without deforming or becoming brittle.
It does not undergo any expansion or contraction due to temperature fluctuations.
It is resistant to heavy traffic, different weight loads, falling weights, and impacts, ensuring no damage to the bond.
For application, use the adhesive at the four corners and center of the surface. Generally, this will cover approximately 10% of the surface area.
Application Method: First, mix the two components equally, and then apply the adhesive in five points on the stone, concrete, or metal form as needed.
If the mixture is not properly mixed, it will not perform correctly and will remain in a paste-like consistency.
The mixing ratio is 1:1 and the working time is 45 minutes.

It is suitable for dry cladding, bolt installation, and bonding various types of building stones such as porcelain, granite, travertine, and artificial stone to different substrates.
This two-component adhesive consists of two parts:
Part A contains epoxy resin, typically including monomers and short-chain polymers made of epoxy groups, plasticizers, rheology modifiers, thixotropic agents, and both organic and inorganic additives.
Part B contains amine hardener, polyamides, and other mineral and organic additives.
