Installation of all types of Heblex blocks.
The consumption of Heblex block adhesive powder is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter.
Mix the powder with 7 liters of clean, salt-free water to form a paste-like mortar. After mixing, wait 5 minutes for the mortar to thicken, then use a notched trowel and the double bonding method to spread the paste evenly on the surface and back of the Heblex blocks.
The adhesive layer should be applied with a thickness of 3 to 10 mm. For accurate application, it’s best to use a trowel with grooves. After applying the first layer of adhesive, place the Heblex blocks on the desired surface. To ensure proper adhesion, tap the blocks gently with a rubber hammer.
You can use a notched trowel to control the amount and thickness of adhesive needed for the installation of Heblex blocks.
The use of this adhesive is not recommended in temperatures below 5°C.
The optimal temperature for drying this adhesive is above 15°C.
Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the maximum working time is 20 minutes.
This adhesive should have the appropriate consistency for installation.

Heblex blocks are among the most modern construction materials, widely accepted by engineers and contractors due to their numerous advantages in construction projects. These blocks are bonded together using a dry mortar, commonly referred to as Heblex block adhesive. This adhesive is a pre-mixed dry mortar (in powder form) made from a blend of fine sand, cement, hydraulic fillers, and polymeric resins. The polymeric compounds in the adhesive make it ideal for bonding Heblex blocks. This product is completely waterproof, has very high adhesion, and once dried and set, it will not dissolve in water. Additionally, it has water-repellent properties. The product is a single-component adhesive designed for bonding various types of blocks.
The production of this product complies with EN 12004 and ASTM 1660-10 standards.
