The substrate surface must be solid, dry, and free from dust and oil. To control permeability and stabilize dust on the surface, use a primer. Any surface irregularities must be repaired with mortar before applying the adhesive.
Add 20 kg of adhesive to 4-5 liters of clean water and mix with a low-speed mixer until you get a smooth, lump-free paste.
Let the paste rest for 5-10 minutes to activate. After 1-2 minutes of re-mixing, the adhesive is ready for use.
For better adhesion, first, apply a thin layer of adhesive on the surface using the flat side of the trowel, and then comb it with the notched side of the trowel. The size of the notched trowel should be chosen according to the dimensions of the ceramics.
Apply tiles with even pressure on the surface. For better bonding, you can use a rubber mallet.
The normal installation conditions are a temperature of 24°C and 50% relative humidity.
Adverse weather conditions (high temperature, low humidity, wind, etc.) will reduce the working time and the adhesive’s lifespan.
If the installation time exceeds 30 minutes, scrape off the adhesive and discard it.
