The coverage rate depends on the porosity and absorbency of the substrate. However, under standard conditions with a smooth, even surface, approximately 1 to 1.5 kg of product per square meter is required.
Any changes in mixing ratios, application method, or other technical factors must be coordinated with the technical experts of the KEMFIX Engineering Group.
The substrate must be free from oil, grease, dust, and other contaminants.
Remove any loose or flaky layers using mechanical tools.
Fillets and surface leveling should be performed at floor-wall junctions and all irregular surfaces using the powder waterproofing product.
Wash the surface to remove dust, and apply a primer to enhance adhesion.
Once the surface is prepared, mix Component A and Component B thoroughly using a low-speed electric mixer (drill with paddle attachment).
Apply the prepared mixture in two coats perpendicular to each other using a large, stiff brush, on a damp surface.
The final coating thickness should be between 1 to 4 mm, depending on the water pressure and type of application.
After the second coat dries, mist the surface with clean water for 24 hours to aid in curing.

Curing Time:
24 hours after application, the surface is walkable.

Mega Sealing WP-300 is a new-generation, two-component nano polymer waterproofing material designed to seal a wide range of surfaces. This coating forms a continuous waterproof layer that fully covers the substrate, effectively preventing water penetration. It provides a waterproof membrane to protect concrete and mortar while offering excellent flexibility, strong adhesion, durability, and crack-bridging capability.
In addition to filling pores and microcracks in the substrate, this membrane also allows vapor transmission, enabling the surface to “breathe.” Full waterproofing performance against hydrostatic pressure is achieved after 7 days of curing. The product shows high adhesion to concrete, metal pipes, and various other building substrates.
Due to its resistance to hydrostatic and mechanical pressures, WP-300 is an ideal solution for demanding waterproofing needs such as water tanks. It can bridge cracks up to 5 cm in width and provides long-lasting protection even in structurally active areas.
