All parts in contact must be free from any contaminants, grease, dust, etc.
Mix parts A and B (liquid components) at the specified ratio with low speed for 20 to 30 seconds. Ensure that no trapped air bubbles remain in the mixture.
Slowly add part C (powder) into the liquid mixture and continue mixing for 2 to 3 minutes.
The heat curing reaction occurs, and temperature rise will reduce effectiveness. Therefore, be careful when selecting the volume for each batch.
One kilogram of the product covers 4 square meters of tile surface with 15 cm tile size.
Acid-resistant grout powder cannot be cleaned after drying. Therefore, prepare the paste firmly during grouting to prevent tile edges from getting dirty. If any contamination occurs, clean it immediately with a damp cloth or sponge.
Using an appropriate spacer, ensure there is at least 5 mm spacing between tiles. A smaller gap may result in problems with material application and insufficient mechanical bonding to the edges of the tiles, leading to premature failure.
In low temperatures, the viscosity of the components increases, which may cause the mortar to set too thickly and delay curing. To facilitate mixing and application, store the components at an appropriate temperature one day before use.
Surface moisture should be less than 4% at the time of application. Wait at least 2 weeks after applying cement-based mortar or tile adhesive and avoid washing or exposure to water during this time.
Use appropriate sharp tools to remove any excess materials, such as cement slurry, tile adhesive, etc., from the joints and edges of the tiles.
For areas with deep contamination in the concrete, use sandblasting to remove it from the surface.
Allow 24 hours before pedestrian traffic and 72 hours for motor vehicle traffic after grouting.
The ideal temperature range for application is between 5°C and 35°C.
Remove dust and any other contaminants from the surface.
The surface must be dry and free of moisture when applying the material.

The acid-resistant grout powder does not contain hazardous chemicals that are harmful to the health of technicians or the environment. However, when working with any chemicals, always use a mask, gloves, and safety goggles. This product should never be ingested or come into contact with eyes. In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, immediately rinse with plenty of fresh water. If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.
The acid-resistant grout powder and adhesive is a three-component mixture based on Bisphenol A epoxy resin and hardeners. The high-performance epoxy resin system offers long-lasting durability at ambient and elevated temperatures. Other advantages of epoxy resin include high thermal stability, chemical resistance, and resistance to aggressive chemicals such as acids and solvents.
This product is used as an acid-resistant tile adhesive, fire-resistant tile adhesive, grout for floor and wall tiles, porcelain, and clinker tiles, acid-resistant grout for refinery tiles, and fire-resistant grout for oil tanks and garages. Over time, it demonstrates excellent resistance against a broad range of acids, including sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and phosphoric acid.
This product meets the standards ASTM.DIN 18156-4, ASTM C321, ASTM C395, ASTM C579.
