Installation of various clay bricks.
The average consumption rate of clay Brick Adhesive is approximately 4 to 5 kg per square meter.
Mixing: Combine 7 liters of clean, non-salty water with the adhesive powder until a paste-like consistency is achieved. After mixing, wait 5 minutes to allow the mortar to set.
Application: Using a notched trowel, apply the mortar on the surface and back of the brick using the double bonding method.
Thickness: The adhesive layer should have a thickness of 3 to 10 mm. For better accuracy, it is recommended to use a trowel with grooves.
Use a notched trowel to control the amount and thickness of adhesive required for brick installation.
The adhesive must have the appropriate consistency for proper installation.
Under normal temperature and humidity conditions, the maximum working time is 20 minutes.
When working on a large vertical surface, the installation of bricks should be done in multiple stages with proper intervals to allow the underlying layer to dry and support the weight of new heavy bricks.
Do not use this adhesive in temperatures below 5°C.
The optimal temperature for drying is above 15°C.
